🌱 A Step Forward in Sustainable Innovation
Bell Living Lab’s mission has always been to upcycle agricultural waste (like coffee by-products) into high-value materials that can replace conventional plastics, leather substitutes, and other non-sustainable materials. Being a part of I-SEA equips us with even greater tools to expand our solutions, deepen our community impact, and contribute to a greener, more inclusive economy.
🤝 What I-SEA Stands For
The I-SEA program was co-created by Instellar and IKEA Social Entrepreneurship to help Indonesian social enterprises grow their impact sustainably. It focuses on strengthening business capabilities while addressing the needs of marginalised and vulnerable communities. The programme supports enterprises with mentorship, learning, and access to resources tailored to their specific challenges and impact goals.
🚀 Looking Ahead
Being selected for the I-SEA program marks an exciting chapter for Bell Living Lab. We’re incredibly honored to join a community of changemakers committed to innovation, sustainability, and inclusive impact. As we move forward with the accelerator, we look forward to sharing updates on our progress, learnings, and the tangible impact we achieve together with our partners and community.
Stay tuned for more news as we embark on this journey to scale our mission and make sustainability the norm — not the exception. 🌍
THE JOURNEY SO FAR
Indonesia is the third largest coffee producer in the world. We produce 800.000 ton of coffee every year. We only harvest the coffee beans, while the rest are being thrown away.
Currently Bell Process more than 2 Tons of Coffee waste a month producing 300 sqm of M-Tex every month. We Aim to create an Inclusive ecosystem so that everyone can use our sustainable solution.
We've made various kinds of product made by utilizing the materials that we produce. From fashion to furniture, we've done it all. Let's collaborate further together!
